Decodes all 2D bar-coded tubes including tubes from Abgene, Matrix Technologies, Micronic, and Nunc, including larger capacity tubes such as glass compound storage tubes, cryo-vials and biological sample tubes.
The perfect reader for decoding single tubes. Tube data is displayed on the reader allowing the user to immediately confirm the sample name, volume or other details obtained directly from a database, with full support for SQL queries.
A 1GB internal storage option is available to provide a secure back up for the database and/or installation CD, enabling the reader to be easily moved between computers.
Tube data can also be sent to any application and linked to a spreadsheet or database. The tube ID is instantly displayed on the computer screen for identification, or for sample data entry. Despite its simplicity the Xtr-1pro uses exactly the same decoding engine as the rest of the Xtr range, ensuring that decoding reliability is not compromised.
